Why this collaboration

Sustainable procurement sits at the intersection of two specialisms, so I built this with someone who covers the side I don't. Federica is specialised in sustainable procurement, I am specialised in EcoVadis. She recorded the 4 lessons in her specialist areas herself, I recorded the other 7. You get both perspectives in one package.

Judith has spent 15 years in sustainability consulting and has focused exclusively on EcoVadis since 2017, which makes her one of the most experienced EcoVadis consultants worldwide. She is an accredited EcoVadis training partner and has supported more than 200 assessments for over 150 clients across the Americas, Europe and APAC. Her average client score in 2025 was 85, which is Platinum, and Kemi holds EcoVadis Platinum itself.

Federica has spent 12 years building sustainable supply chains and sustainability strategies. She is a trained social auditor and has audited production sites in China and Germany. She has run around 75 buyer workshops, supported around 50 companies on sustainability strategy and human rights due diligence, and designed 4 training programmes for the SGS Academy in Hamburg, training around 250 people in total.
